WELCOME

This is Meghana, and I'm an Applied Scientist in the Last Mile Science team at Amazon. I completed my PhD in Computational Science, Engineering and Math at the Oden Institute for Computational Engineering and Sciences in the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to my PhD, I obtained my undergraduate and Masters' degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras.

My research is on community detection in networks using machine learning techniques. During my PhD, I worked on finding protein complexes in protein-interaction networks with Prof. Edward Marcotte and the wonderful Marcotte Lab.
